Balko Wind Project is developed by Apex Clean Energy. The 25,000-acre wind project is located in Beaver County in Oklahoma and consists of one hundred sixty-two (162) GE 1.85 MW that provides a total of 300 MW of renewable energy. Terra Testing, LLC (Terra) provided geotechnical drilling, sampling and field testing, geotechnical laboratory testing for one hundred sixty-two (162) GE 1.85 MW turbines foundations, transmission line, substation, O&M building, and met tower.
