Terra furnished provided Geotechnical support for TxDOT El Paso District, which consisted of engineering services required for preparing construction plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) necessary for the construction of IH10 in the City of El Paso, El Paso County. These services were in accordance with all TxDOT design standards and in a format acceptable to TxDOT or other reviewing agencies. The project limits were from Thorn Avenue to Executive Center Boulevard.
