Lubbock Wind Ranch Project is developed by Cielo Wind Power and is owned by Lubbock Wind, LLC. The 80-acre wind project is located in Lubbock and consists of three (3) Samsung 2.5 MW that provides a total of 7.5 MW of renewable energy. Terra Testing, LLC (Terra) provided geotechnical drilling, sampling and field testing, geotechnical laboratory testing for three (3) Samsung 2.5 MW turbine foundations, transmission line, substation, O&M building, and met tower.
