Spinning Spur II Wind Project is developed by Cielo Wind Power and is owned by EDF-RE US Development LLC. The 16,800-acre wind project is located in Oldham County and consists of eighty-seven (87) GE 1.85 MW that provides a total of 161 MW of renewable energy. Terra Testing, LLC (Terra) provided geotechnical drilling, sampling and field testing, geotechnical laboratory testing for eighty-seven (87) GE 1.85 MW turbine foundations, transmission line, substation, O&M building, and met tower.
